For normal soft toys, you can wash it in water, and dry it up under the sun; for night light stuffed animals with LED lights installed, please DO NOT wash it. You can simply brush off the dust with a piece of cloth, and keep it away from fire and water. Do not forget to take off the batteries if left unused for a long period of time.

It usually takes 2-5 business days to process orders. Orders within the United States will be shipped by USPS or UPS, which may arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders are harder to predict can may take 1-4 weeks, depending on the express company.
For orders less than $30, shiping will be $5, for orders totaling $30 or more, shipping will be free.
Please be aware that international shipping fee may vary due to different ways and time taken for delivery, so there are different shipping fees. If you purchased over $99, international shipping will be free.
If you never receive your products with 10 business days in United States, please contact us and we'll help to track. Don't worry even if it was lost, we will send you a new one for free to satisfied customers.
We guarantee all merchandise sold by bstaofy.com. We do not accept exchange, but if you are not satisfied with the purchased products such as the light up stuffed animal does not work, please contact us, and we will send you a replacement or refund within 30 days upon receipt. After 30 days, Bstaofy do not accept refund for any reason but may still send a replacement to you. The time it may take varies depending on where you live.
